Peter Van Duyne has been in the commercial real estate industry for 30 years. His primary responsibilities include assisting corporate clients with their real estate planning and implementation in a regional as well as global capacity. 

Peter came to Cushman & Wakefield in 1999 from the New York office of Jones Lang Wootton, USA, where he served as a Senior Vice President in the Corporate and Advisory Services Group--a position he assumed in 1996. Peter was one of the top producers for JLW, and received Real Estate Forum’s “National Deal of the Year” selection for his representation of Lord Abbett & Company as the anchor tenant for 90 Hudson Street in Jersey City, NJ. Prior to joining JLW, Peter spent 10 years at Charles Mackall and Company, Inc., where he represented tenants in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut real estate market.

In 2014, Peter advised a confidential seller in the sale of a 385,000 SF headquarters complex and four development sites in Dallas, Texas. In 2011, he and his team represented CBSi in a 285,000 SF headquarters transaction at 235 Second Street in San Francisco. This lease was restructured six years in advance of its original expiration and resulted in significant savings to the client. In 2010, Peter and his team represented C. V. Starr Co., Inc. and City University of New York (CUNY) in the 7th and 8th largest new deals in Manhattan.
