Peyton C. Horn currently serves as Co-Head and Vice Chairman of C&W’s Strategic Advisory Group where he brings 20+ years of experience in the corporate and real estate finance fields to the benefit of his clients. 
Focusing on Tenant Representation, Peyton is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and executing acquisition, disposition and financing transactions on behalf of many of the firm’s largest corporate clients.  He is also instrumental in advising the firm’s corporate and not-for-profit clients on strategic real estate decisions related to operations, accounting and tax matters.

Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Mr. Horn was a Vice President in CIT Group’s Real Estate Finance Group.  While with CIT Group, he played an integral role in the sourcing and underwriting of commercial real estate debt and equity investments across all asset classes for the group’s direct investment platform.  He also provided advisory service to clients on the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate assets.  Prior to  joining CIT Group, Mr. Horn was in the Mergers & Acquisitions group within Lehman Brothers investment banking division.

  • Meta’s East Coast HQ lease for 1.4 million square feet at Hudson Yards
  • Pfizer’s sale and consolidation from its 42nd Street locations to an 800,000 square foot new Global HQ at Tishman Speyer’s 66 Hudson Boulevard
  • Fiserv’s 400,000 square foot build-to-suit HQ facility in New Jersey
  • NYU Langone’s acquisition of a 200,000-sf leasehold condominium at the newly-constructed 159 East 53rd Street complex
  • New York Presbyterian’s acquisition of a 480,000 square foot leasehold condominium at 237 Park Avenue
  • Bessemer Trust’s 240,000 square foot HQ relocation to 1271 Avenue of the Americas
