About
As Co-Head, Vice Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Group, Peyton Horn has over 20 years of experience in corporate real estate finance, leasing and investment banking. In his current role, Mr. Horn is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and executing leasing, acquisition, disposition and financing transactions on behalf of many of the firm’s largest clients. Mr. Horn is also instrumental in advising the firm’s corporate clients on strategic real estate decisions related to operations, accounting and tax matters.
Mr. Horn is based at Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan office.

- American Express - 2 million sf World HQ development and relocation to 2 World Trade Center
- Natixis- 200,000 sf corporate HQ relocation to 1633 Broadway
- Verizon- 200,000 sf corporate office relocation to newly developed Penn 2
- MetLife - 400,000 sf corporate headquarters lease renewal and restructuring at 200 Park
- Franklin Templeton -350,000 sf corporate HQ consolidation as anchor tenant at the newly developed One Madison
- Meta - Lease of over 2 million sf on Manhattan’s Westside
- Related’s Hudson Yards and Vornado’s Farley Building
- Fiserv - 400,000 sf single tenant net lease of newly developed HQ facility in Berkeley Heights, NJ
- MTA - Ground lease of 347 Madison Ave to Boston Properties for ground-up development of new 750,000 sf office tower
- Pfizer - Sale of 1 million sf corporate HQ and relocation to 800,000 sf anchor tenant lease at Tishman Speyer’s Spiral
- New York University - Acquisition of 625,000 sf leasehold condominium at One Park Avenue
Before joining C&W, Mr. Horn was in the Mergers & Acquisitions group within Lehman Brothers investment banking division. During his time at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Horn advised the bank’s corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt capital raises

Education
