His market knowledge and due diligence capabilities allow him to identify and create solutions that support his clients’ business goals. Specific services range from evaluating current and alternative buildings, providing financial analysis and forecasting, and negotiating advantageous financial terms and concessions.



Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Knowlton worked as an Associate in the Dallas office of Swearingen Realty Group, where he specialized in tenant representation, along with business development and marketing.
