Price Gutshall, SIOR is a Vice President in commercial leasing and sales with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in Roanoke. Price is part of the Thalhimer’s office services group and specializes in both landlord and tenant representation and works with investors across product types in the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Price served as Vice President of Economic Development for Downtown Roanoke, Inc. where he worked with property owners, businesses, and the community to recruit new business and foster economic growth in the downtown district. Price Gutshall joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2014 as a sales and leasing associate specializing in office and downtown properties. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Price served as Vice President of Economic Development at Downtown Roanoke, Inc where he worked with property owners, tenants, and the community on recruitment and retention efforts for the downtown service district. He actively recruited business to the area, expanded downtown’s business brand marketing, and launched the Downtown Roanoke Office Tour to highlight office space in the downtown market.
