Price Gutshall joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2014 as a sales and leasing associate specializing in office and downtown properties. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Price served as Vice President of Economic Development at Downtown Roanoke, Inc where he worked with property owners, tenants, and the community on recruitment and retention efforts for the downtown service district.
