Mr. Shah was most recently the Director of Hospitality Consulting at US Realty Consultants in Columbus, OH, where he spent 11 years within the firm’s hospitality consulting and valuation practice. He was one of the higher performers and helped generate additional revenue through new clientele.
Mr. Shah has performed valuation, market feasibility study, financial analysis, impact study, litigation work and consulting work for a wide variety of hotels including luxury hotels, boutique hotels, limited & full-service hotels, spa resorts, indoor/outdoor waterpark resorts, mixed-use developments, golf resorts, ski resorts, timeshare resorts, amusement parks, and other income-producing assets in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. Mr. Shah has also held operational positions at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel and the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel.
