Randy Fitch is a Senior Director within the Valuation & Advisory Group of Cushman & Wakefield Western, Inc. Mr. Fitch joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021. Mr. Fitch has 33 years of appraisal and valuation experience. Appraisal and consulting assignments have included office buildings, apartment communities, power centers, big box, neighborhood centers, strip centers, single-tenant net leased assets, hotel properties, mixed-use properties, land, distribution centers, industrial parks, mobile home parks, self-storage facilities, residential subdivisions, leased fee/leasehold interests and special purpose properties located throughout Southern and Central California. Mr. Fitch has been qualified as an expert witness in local courts and has given testimony in court. Mr. Fitch has prior experience as an Acquisition Manager for two investment real estate firms located in Orange County California.
