Randy Rome is a Senior Transaction Manager within Cushman & Wakefield’s (C&W’s) Global Occupier Services organization servicing the Raytheon Technologies Corporation North American portfolio. Based in Connecticut, Randy has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Randy is responsible for real estate transaction services and managing project teams providing strategic guidance, site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions transaction services for office and industrial sites throughout North America in support of client business objectives.
Prior to joining C&W, Randy held various positions with Johnson Controls, Prudential Connecticut Realty and CIGNA Investment Management where he held various roles including asset management, portfolio analysis and management of limited partnerships, and financial analysis and reporting. He has managed a real estate portfolio comprised of office, industrial, retail, hotel and multi-family properties in multiple geographic markets valued more than $750 million.
