About

Raymond Thagard is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, advising corporations, professional firms, startups, and government agencies on leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate across local, regional, and national markets. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has completed more than 350 transactions totalling over $650 million in consideration. His background in finance and accounting enables him to structure and negotiate economic terms that maximize values for his clients.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Raymond spent four years at Transwestern Real Estate Company specializing in Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation. He also held an accounting role at THINK Together, one of California’s largest non-profits, before transitioning into commercial real estate. His diverse experience and client-first approach have earned him the trust of organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mission-driven nonprofits.
