About

Since 2003, Rick has focused exclusively on facilitating investment sales and providing advisory services for both institutional and private capital clients. He is strategically based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Sacramento office and has significant experience in all investment product segments including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, land, and financing.

Rick is an important member of the firm’s Bay Area-based Capital Markets Group and the Retail Investment Advisors (RIA), partnering with Dan Wald and Don LeBuhn. He personally focuses primarily on the disposition and acquisition of properties located in Sacramento and the Central Valley, as well as retail assets throughout Northern California.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Rick was a Partner at Palmer Capital in Sacramento, where he was a leading, consistent top producer for more than 17 years. Rick holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s Degree in Quality & Manufacturing Management from Penn State University.
