Rico’s responsibilities include underwriting, financial modeling, and valuation of commercial real estate assets and portfolios to support debt and equity transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing assignments.

Rico’s prior commercial real estate experience extends across lending, development, and brokerage, having held both analytical and advisory roles.

Rico attended the University of Houston, where he obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Rico served in the United States Marine Corps.
