About

Rob Borden is a commercial real estate professional in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group, responsible for origination, underwriting, negotiation, and execution of debt and structured finance requirements for clients. With over 20 years of experience, Rob has overseen transactions totaling more than $7 billion, encompassing office, industrial, life sciences, retail, and multifamily properties.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rob served as a Senior Vice President on the Capital Markets Team at CBRE in Boston for six years. Before that, he spent over 13 years at JLL in the Capital Markets Group, working on investment sales and finance teams. He also gained international experience at JLL on the Corporate Finance team in Frankfurt, Germany, focusing on indirect and fund placement business lines.
