Rob Holland joined Cushman & Wakefield as an industrial real estate broker specializing in industrial and land sales throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. He has more than 17 years of experience representing tenants and landlords and has been involved in commercial real estate transactions totaling more than $900 million. Rob is on the leasing team for a 500,000 SF portfolio located in Lenexa, KS owned by CapitaLand, Westlink Business Center, a 680,000 SF Business Park owned by Airtex, Inc., Northland Park, owned by NorthPoint Development, I-35 Logistics Park, owned by Scannell Properties, Free State Exchange, owned by Jones Development, Southpark Commerce Center, a 385,000 SF Business Park, owned by Amplify Development, and Crossroads Commerce Center owned by Panattoni Development.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Rob joined Kessinger/Hunter in 2008 after graduating from Kansas State University.
