Robby Martinelli is a licensed broker in Ohio and began his career at Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in Summer 2014 as an intern while attending Miami University (OH). Upon completing his bachelor’s degree in communications and finance, he moved to Chicago, IL where he received a Master of Science in Real Estate at DePaul University.

In June 2023, Robby returned to CRESCO full-time as an analyst working directly under the leadership of Rico A. Pietro, SIOR, and supporting the team in the Cleveland office. With a working knowledge of different fields of real estate, Robby has a wide range of skills including leasing, property management, and development.
