About

Robby Martinelli is a licensed broker in Ohio who began his commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in the summer of 2014 as an intern while attending Miami University (OH). After earning his bachelor’s degree in communications and finance, he relocated to Chicago, Illinois, where he spent time with Oak Street Real Estate Capital and completed a Master of Science in Real Estate at DePaul University.

Robby returned to CRESCO full-time in June 2023 and is based in the firm’s Cleveland office. He brings a well-rounded understanding of the commercial real estate lifecycle, with experience spanning leasing, owner-user sales, and investment sales, as well as development-related analysis. His background allows him to evaluate opportunities from both an ownership and occupier perspective, providing clients with thoughtful market insight, financial analysis, and execution-driven solutions across a variety of asset types.
