Robert Blackwood is a Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield Regional, Inc. for the firm’s Valuation & Advisory group. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group in 2006, he was employed as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for Clayton, Roper Marshall, Inc., in Orlando, Florida from 1991 to 2006.

Mr. Blackwood has completed appraisal reports throughout the United States for individuals, attorneys, banks, financial institutions and various federal, state, and local governmental agencies for valuation, evaluation and analysis assignments that include, but not limited to, multifamily residential, office buildings, office/industrial parks, industrial buildings, restaurants, shopping centers, automobile dealerships, special purpose properties and vacant land. Mr. Blackwood’s concentrations have been appraisals for multifamily developments, including conventional apartments, student-housing, and LIHTC apartments.
