As C&W’s first U.S. Facilities Management Lead, Roger Gonzalez brings more than 27 years of real estate experience, most recently as the Global Account Lead for Symantec which required multiple service delivery for 6msf in 36 countries. Since he joined C&W in 2002, Mr. Gonzalez has been promoted from Senior Operations Manager to Senior Managing Director.

Previous to his current role, Mr. Gonzalez was with C&W as a Portfolio Director overseeing the facilities and asset management operations groups of eBay, Symantec, and Citigroup West. Mr. Gonzalez was heavily involved with the C&W Senior Account Managers in establishing operating standards, P&L reporting, and KPIs. His combined portfolio was more than 8.5 million sf of retail office space, campuses, and mission critical environments.
