Roger Williams is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s occupier services group that assists clients with their multi-market portfolios. Over the last two decades, Roger has focused his practice on providing transaction and account management services to mid & large cap companies. He excels at developing effective real estate strategies that improve efficiencies and reduce real estate spend.

Roger has completed transactions in over 200 cities across the U.S. and several internationally. He has been involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including early lease restructurings and renewals, relocations, the acquisition and disposition of facilities, account management and strategic portfolio planning. Roger’s clients span several industries including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, engineering, defense and non-profit.
