About

Mr. Castro joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2015. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group, Mr. Castro worked as an associate appraiser with Integra Realty Resources. Mr. Castro has over twenty years of appraisal experience in the commercial real estate valuation, residential real estate valuation and appraisal review and has appraised a variety of property types during his career.

Mr. Castro’s responsibilities have included appraisal assignments located throughout Texas and Louisiana. These assignments include the appraisal of varying interests in office buildings, grocery-anchored shopping centers, distribution facilities, flex/service centers, manufacturing facilities, cold storage facilities, apartments, veterinary hospitals, day care centers and land developments. Valuations have been made of proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures.

• Designated Member, Appraisal Institute (MAI #510254). As of the current date, Rolando Castro, MAI has completed the requirements of the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute.
