About

Ryan Curtin joined Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in 2023 as an analyst working under The Barna Caplan Team, before transitioning into an Associate role in 2024.  

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Ryan earned a finance degree from the University of Dayton and spent nearly six years in wealth management and banking. With a background in advisory services, financial planning, and investor relations, Ryan brings valuable expertise to the CRESCO team.  

Rooted in Cleveland, Ryan has cultivated a diverse network through meaningful relationships both inside and outside the office, leveraging his unique blend of financial acumen and market insight within the commercial real estate landscape.
