Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan worked with Studley, Inc. and was responsible for business development and transaction management with a broad array of office and industrial space users. While there, he participated in the completion of more than 1.0 million SF of real estate transactions for local and national clients throughout the country. Prior to his career in real estate, Ryan worked in finance and sales at Baxter International, a Fortune 500 company.
