Ryan Hampson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and is partnered with Gordie Hampson, a consummate professional. Combined, they have over 39 years of industry experience and involvement in over 850 leasing and sales transactions totalling more than 11 million square feet. Ryan focuses on agency leasing and tenant representation in the Southwest and West office submarkets. To date, Ryan has completed or been a party to 90 total transactions, totalling 350,000 rentable square feet.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan spent 7 years working in the Financial Services Industry. At DST Market Services, Ryan ascended to the role of Team Coordinator within the Mutual Fund Operations Department. In this role, Ryan continually interfaced with DST’s Broker-Dealer clients, serving as a point of escalation and ensuring exceptional results on the company’s deliverables. Ryan received companywide recognition for his dedication and enthusiastic engagement on the projects with which he was involved. Prior to working at DST Market Services, Ryan held the role Financial Advisor with Minneapolis Financial Group.
