Ryan Hampson is a ten-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market. To date, Ryan’s leasing and sales experience comprises approximately 325 total transactions, consisting of over 2.5 million square feet with a gross consideration of over $185 million dollars.

Ryan specializes in all areas of Office Properties, with a primary focus on Agency Leasing. Practice area expertise includes leasing & marketing strategy programs, amenity enhancement guidance, lease negotiations and market analytics & research. Regarding Tenant/Buyer Representation, he has experience in site selection, comparative analysis, investment analysis, and lease negotiations.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan spent 7 years working in the Financial Services Industry. A strong financial background has integrated into his current role and has allowed him to consistently exceed client financial and operational objectives.
