About

Ryan Hubbard is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Orlando Industrial Brokerage Services team.  Ryan started his real estate career in 2018, most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President of Leasing at Link Logistics, the largest industrial real estate owner in the US.  Ryan’s role tasked him with the oversight of the firms’ industrial assets in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville, totaling over 20 million square feet.  Ryan’s responsibilities included creating and implementing leasing strategies, vision on sales and acquisition plans, operational and capital improvement investment methods, including budgets, forecasts and monthly performance reports and timelines. 

Ryan’s mission is to leverage his knowledge of the institutional ownership realm to relentlessly create value for his clients, whether from an ownership or occupier perspective.  Ryan associates his determination with participating in sports from an early age.  Ryan played college baseball at CCBC Catonsville, graduating in 2011.
