About

Ryan McMasters currently serves as the Global Occupier Services (GOS) Client Delivery Director for Humana within Cushman & Wakefield. In his role, Ryan oversees all the teams servicing Humana’s emerging clinical healthcare business. Ryan’s experience managing multiple service lines in geographically dispersed portfolios makes him uniquely qualified to lead this strategically important account for Cushman & Wakefield. 

Prior to his current assignment, Ryan served as a Senior Account Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Service Center.  He was responsible for the oversight and client delivery of many of the 150+ client account teams served out of the PSC.  Ryan owned the overall relationship management, operations and finance for his clients, and the career development of associates on his teams. 

Ryan spent 15+ years intimately involved with one of Cushman & Wakefield’s largest clients, H&R Block.  Ryan’s account responsibilities included overseeing multiple-service lines and leading cross-functional teams of Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Facility Management and Project & Design and being the overall point of contact for providing H&R Block with a turn-key office solution.  In his time on this account, Ryan oversaw the following activity:
