Sam Benham is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield based in Bakersfield, serving clients throughout the Central Valley. He specializes in retail tenant representation, helping both local businesses secure the right locations and lease terms to support long-term success, as well as advising national brands on strategic expansion across the region.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Sam spent 13 years in technology sales, developing strong skills in consultative client service, market insight, and deal strategy. His passion for commercial real estate grew from years of following market trends and a desire to support economic growth in his hometown community.

Sam is a graduate of San Diego State University, where he earned a degree in Communication. He is a licensed real estate professional in the State of California (DRE # 00267231).

Born and raised in Bakersfield, Sam returned after college to build a career and family in the community he knows best. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing pickleball, and getting out on the golf course.
