Sara Morse is the Director of Integrated Marketing & Operations at Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate, where she leads strategic initiatives across marketing, operations, and human resources. With a background in branding, B2B marketing, design, and SEO, she plays a key role in driving client acquisition, elevating property visibility, and streamlining internal processes. 
 
Previously serving as CRESCO’s Digital, Brand, and Development Manager, Sara has built a reputation for blending creative vision with operational efficiency. She is especially passionate about activating underutilized spaces and leveraging digital tools—like Google Display, LinkedIn ads, and retargeting strategies—to support leasing goals and position listings for success. 
 
Her cross-functional approach and collaborative leadership style make her an essential partner to both brokers and clients, and a driving force behind CRESCO’s continued growth.
