Scott joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1998 as an Office Market Specialist. In 2002, he earned the Rising Star Award; an award is given to the broker with under 5 years experience that reaches the highest production. Starting in 2005, Scott’s role shifted to focus more on Agency Leasing. Scott continued to expand his role as the primary leasing agent representing Institutional owners with their Greater Cincinnati office properties. In 2012, Scott helped direct the formation of the Greater Cincinnati Office Project Leasing Team, which is solely focused on representing owners of office properties. This laser focused approach allows the firm to, among other positives, provide our owners with superior information, marketing and results.
