About

Scott is a senior member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern Virginia agency team. He specializes in negotiating complex transactions, managing landlord-tenant relationships, and developing effective marketing strategies to attract top-tier tenants while ensuring the landlord’s financial and operational goals are met. Scott is a strong communicator and negotiator, with a deep understanding of market trends, tenant needs, and building operations. Prior to Joining Cushman & Wakefield, Scott worked at Trammell Crow Company where he was an analyst supporting the leasing, tenant, development, and investment teams. He was an integral part of helping each team successfully maintain existing accounts and develop new business.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Delaware.
