Scott Visin is a tenant representative in the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. Scott represents local, national and global companies in the acquisition and disposition, buildings, land, and space under lease driving value-based decisions for his clients. Scott tracks new developments, building debt, macro and micro-economics influences to drive the best result on various complex assignments. He advises his clients on making real estate decisions that are aligned with their strategic, financial and operational objectives through in-depth, historic market knowledge and detailed fiscal analysis.

Scott brings over twenty-two years of corporate negotiation experience with the past eleven years at Cushman & Wakefield. His prior experience within the medical device and technology industries gives him a unique perspective. In his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield he has completed hundreds of transactions exceeding $200,000,000 in consideration.
