About
Sean has been involved in commercial real estate focusing on Office Tenant and Landlord representation since early 2008 after spending several years in sales and operations and sales management in the transportation/logistics and newsprint publishing industries.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Sean spent eight years in the newsprint publishing industry serving as General Manager, District Manager, and Regional Operations Manager. Each of these roles came with considerable profit and loss management experience giving Sean a keen understanding of his clients’ challenges. Having personally dealt with space challenge issues, lease negotiations, and office moves from a tenants perspective has given him a unique understanding of the position his clients are in and gives him a better feel for the challenges that real estate can present.
