Shane Huddleston began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in August 2015 and currently serves as a Sr. Project Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Services Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

As a Sr. Project Manager, Shane is a Manager on the Chick-fil-A account, leading the Preconstruction team. His team focuses on the strategy and procurement of contractors nationwide. Shane also supports the Industrialized Construction program focused on the implementation of prefabricated building components during New Store construction. Prior to supporting Preconstruction, Shane was a Project Manager helping with weekly construction reports, coordinating equipment and furniture orders, and providing key communication to Restaurant Operators.

When projects temporarily paused in 2020 with Chick-fil-A, Shane served as a Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Portfolio Administration service line, Shane led a team of portfolio administration coordinators whose duties included conducting reviews of year-end NNN expense reconciliations, processing ownership changes and abstracting lease documents for several clients.

Prior to joining the Chick-fil-A team in 2019, Shane worked as a Project Manager on the Sally Beauty account. His responsibilities included coordinating site surveys, General Contractor bidding and procurement, and schedule management. In 2019, Shane also supported a remodel roll out initiative for Citibank. In 2018, he became an Assistant Project Manager on the Xponential Fitness account to support a rapid remodel rollout program for over 500 studios nationwide. Scope of work included site survey review, drafting program documents for consistency purposes, General Contractor bidding and procurement, schedule management, flooring and fixture logistics, and weekly progress updates.

Shane began his career as a Portfolio Administration Coordinator on the H&R Block account where, through reconciliations reviewed, lease audits, and managing a Prepaid Rent Program, he achieved over $500K of savings. In March 2018, he joined the H&R Block Project Management team where he assisted with over 600 office upgrades and refreshes. Through bid levelling, scope reviews and negotiating change order amounts, approximately $100K of cost avoidance was achieved.
