Background
Before joining the Valuation & Advisory Group in Syracuse, New York, Mr. Riley was a certified Teaching Assistant for the Solvay Union Free School District in Syracuse, New York during the Fall of 2006. His primary responsibilities included organizing group and individual instruction to students, as well as, administrating the school’s computer lab. Mr. Riley graduated from the University at Buffalo in August 2006. While at Buffalo, Mr. Riley took a diversified class load which included: Statistics, Math Analysis for Management, Calculus I & II and Public Relations.
Appraisal Experience
Mr. Riley is currently an appraiser working under the direct supervision of John R. Mako, MAI, SRA. He joined the group in March 2007. Appraisal assignments have included office and industrial buildings, shopping centers, vacant land and apartment properties throughout the Upstate New York area
