Shelby Bacon is the Operations Manager for the Americas Logistics & Industrial Services platform at Cushman & Wakefield, where she partners closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and support cross-functional collaboration across a national platform. With over a decade of experience in business operations and development, Shelby is known for delivering operational excellence and aligning teams around initiatives that fuel growth.
In her role, she oversees day-to-day administrative operations, budget planning, reporting, and the execution of programs that enhance client engagement and internal performance—ranging from onboarding systems to platform-wide initiatives like the Women’s Initiative and NextGen program. Her work strengthens platform scalability and ensures that top producers remain connected to the tools and support needed to drive results.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Shelby managed national operations for the Industrial & Logistics platform at Newmark. There, she supported executive leadership in optimizing operations, increasing efficiency, and coordinating platform-wide initiatives to drive revenue and consistency across markets. She also brings a background in hospitality operations, where she managed staffing, events, and facility operations for multiple high-volume venues in Southern California.
A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Shelby combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. She is skilled in project management, cross-functional leadership, platform coordination, and delivering impactful solutions that support both business growth and team performance.
