Shelby Bacon is the Operations Manager for Logistics & Industrial Services at Cushman & Wakefield. She works alongside the leadership team to provide operational support and oversight for all day-to-day administrative functions for the platform. Shelby brings expertise in business operations from her 8 years in corporate operations and business development.  

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Shelby ran Operations for the National Industrial & Logistics service line at Newmark. She worked closely with the Head of Industrial in order to increase revenue, streamline operations and supervise the day-to-day activities for the platform. Shelby also has experience in project and event management, brokerage services and human resource administration.   

Shelby, a graduate of Arizona State University, who now resides in Los Angeles, is an accomplished operations professional with a successful track record of promoting analytical strategies while aiding business growth.
