Shillah Feuerbacher joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2018 from Duff and Phelps.  She held the position of Vice President at Duff and Phelps where she performed valuation and consulting services on all real estate asset types including industrial, multi-family/ student housing, senior housing, office, retail, land and special purpose properties.  Her assignments included appraisal reports, highest and best use/ financial feasibility studies and consulting assignments for various purposes including financial reporting and financing.

Prior to her position at Duff and Phelps, Shillah appraised all real estate asset types in Canada for various purposes with a focus on litigation support.
