About

Simon is a Senior Consultant with Cushman & Wakefield’s Total Workplace consulting group. He is responsible for providing strategic support and applying advanced data analytics to inform clients’ real estate decision, specializing in site selection and portfolio optimization. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Simon was an Economic Consultant based out of McGill University in Montreal. During his time there, he worked in conjunction with the World Bank and the Judiciary of Kenya to model and forecast the economic impact of policy reforms.
