About

Stephan Ramunni joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 and is a member of the Global Occupier Services (GOS) organization. Stephan directly supports clients in the areas of Transactions, Projects, Portfolio Strategy, Lease and Financial Analysis across office, industrial, and retail property types. Clients include: USI Insurance Services, Gartner, Crane Co., and United Technologies Corporation. 

Currently, Stephan is the lead Transaction Manager providing Transaction Management and strategy to several clients across their global portfolios comprising of over 16 million square feet. Stephan’s previous role was as a member of a 6-person transaction team providing Transaction Services to United Technologies Corporation (UTC) with a focus on the former UTC business units, Carrier and Otis Elevator Company.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Stephan served as the Account and Transaction Manager with Mohr Partners for a medical office client with over 290 sites throughout the United States. Prior to this, Stephan was a member of a 3-person team with Fischer & Company where he served as Transaction Manger for the Flowers Foods portfolio.
