As Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Sustainability Services, Stephanie Greene is responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield’s global sustainability strategy and advancing the firm’s integrated sustainability advisory and execution capabilities. She partners with occupiers, owners and investors to enhance operational performance, resilience and long-term value across real estate portfolios, while also guiding the firm’s enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives. Stephanie joined the firm in June 2026 and is based in Boulder, Colorado.

Stephanie brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of real estate, energy and strategy. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Sustainability Advisory at CBRE, where she led sustainability strategy and solution delivery across a global client base of occupiers and investors. Prior to that, she held senior roles at the Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, focusing on innovation, large-scale systems transformation, decarbonization and advisory services. Stephanie holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Earth Systems from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
