As an Executive Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency Leasing team in Atlanta, Stephen Clifton overseas the marketing and leasing for a portfolio of Class A office buildings throughout metro Atlanta. Over the past 15 years, he has been a partner in the leasing of over 20 million square feet of office assets including marquee projects such as 1180 Peachtree, 999 Peachtree, Peachtree Center, and Piedmont Center.

Mr. Clifton is recognized as a top performer in the Atlanta market due to his client centric focus on value creation, deep market knowledge, and trusted relationships. Stephen has spent the entirety of his career in commercial real estate, and prior to Cushman & Wakefield he was with Transwestern and PM Realty Group.
