John joined the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, Inc. in February of 2016 as an Appraiser, serving the New England Region. Prior to moving to Boston in 2015, John moved from Ireland to Toronto to work in the finance industry (private wealth) for several years. John worked with Richardson GMP Ltd. as a Corporate Actions Administrator, tendering mandatory and voluntary corporate actions into client accounts. He has over three years of experience in the New England real estate market. John is responsible for the appraisal and valuation of land, commercial, multifamily, residential, office, industrial, and retail properties.
