Steve Schneider has 34 years of CRE experience and has focused exclusively in representing the interests of corporate users during this period. He has a broad range of transaction-type experience including office lease renewals, restructures and relocations, build-to-suits for lease and purchase, strategic planning for large single and multiple national assignments. He has completed transactions in Chicago as well as 50 markets in the U.S. and 20 international, with a total value over $18 billion.
