At Cushman & Wakefield, Steven serves as Managing Director on the Strategic Acquisitions team, specializing in industrial occupier advisory, build-to-suit transactions, site selection, and supply chain network design for major corporate clients. Alongside partners Bayne Porter and Matt Jarratt, he brings a rare perspective to occupier representation: nearly two decades spent on the principal side of the table, making the very decisions his clients now face.

What distinguishes Steven is his fluency across the full transaction lifecycle. Before brokerage, he led real estate strategy at Americold Realty Trust—overseeing more than $1.7 billion in direct transaction volume across nearly 12 million square feet, including corporate M&A, 1031 exchanges, build-to-suits, and greenfield development spanning 38 states and four countries. He was a key contributor to Americold's 2018 IPO and managed a 179-property industrial portfolio totaling 44 million square feet. That operational depth means Steven doesn't just advise on deals—he understands the capital structure, the board dynamics, and the downstream consequences that shape every decision.

His development background adds another layer of precision. As Southeast Regional Officer at Conor Commercial and Vice President of Development at Rockefeller Group, Steven originated and delivered over 3.4 million square feet of industrial construction across Atlanta, Charlotte, and the Carolinas—giving him insight into how projects are underwritten, approved, and executed from the developer's perspective.
