Steven Sperandio is an Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Group. He specializes in sourcing and securing financing solutions for real estate owners, investors, and developers for acquisitions, refinances, equity recapitalizations, and development projects. Throughout his career, Steven has been involved in a gross transaction volume of $25+ billion, across all major asset classes. His market-leading expertise is in structuring cost-effective financing for more conventional mandates, as well as more complex multi-phased financing—beginning with land acquisition, thru the predevelopment/planning stages, to highly structured construction financing.

Prior to C&W, Steven was the Head of Debt & Structured Finance at RIPCO, where he launched the firm’s capital advisory business in 2021. Earlier on, he was the key lieutenant for execution on the Debt & Structured Finance team at Newmark Knight Frank’s NYC headquarters. Steven’s competitive advantage in capital advisory stems from the first 10+ years of his career in lender underwriting & valuation for top-tier firms in Manhattan, including Cantor Fitzgerald (VP), Square Mile Capital (Associate), and AIG (Analyst).
