About
Suzanna Blaskovic joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and functions as the Brokerage Specialist in Miami, Florida for Cushman & Wakefield’s growing Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group, which provides a full-spectrum financial services platform to both domestic and international clients offering unsurpassed customized advisory and integrated capital solutions for all asset classes. Suzanna is responsible for the creation, production and distribution of marketing materials, assisting with coordination of third-party vendor due diligence, data research, organizing client events and handles all the day-to-day operations.
Suzanna’s prior experience includes assisting C-level executives and attorneys. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Suzanna was the Executive Assistant to Robert Kaplan at The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group’s Miami office. Previously, Suzanna was the Legal Coordinator at the Empire State Development Corporation, where she assisted the General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel and staff of in-house legal counsel on commercial real estate loans from approval to closing on major economic development projects in New York. Prior to Empire State Development Corporation, Suzanna worked at Sasson Licensing Corporation, after starting her career at Maidenform, Inc. Suzanna holds a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Queens College where she graduated with Distinction and an Associate of Applied Science in from the Fashion Institute of Technology.Awards & Recognition
