Tara Healy’s business objective is to create long-term relationships by providing clients with thorough knowledge of current market conditions. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, she combines in-depth lease administration, research and marketing experience with a persistent desire to be a loyal client advocate and assist them in optimizing real estate occupancy and ownership positions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2014, Ms. Healy held several positions during her career: Director of Research and Marketing at Lee & Associates, Operations Support Coordinator for a boutique real estate investment and development firm and Portfolio Manager at Cox Enterprises.

Through her vast experience, she has become an expert in research, site selection, contract administration, lease and contract negotiations, due diligence and project coordination.
