Tenny Tsai has been a top producer with Cushman & Wakefield since 1988. She is a recognized force in Silicon Valley, completing over a billion dollars in real estate transactions. In 2003, Tenny formed the Asian American Strategic Investment Advisors (A.S.I.A.) Group which is the first, and only, bilingual group in the Silicon Valley to focus on providing professional real estate services to the large growing and culturally diverse Asian community in Northern California.

From 2002 to 2010, Tenny was part of a development team that entitled and sold a 5.55 acre site on the Bund in Shanghai, China. The property is entitled for retail, commercial, financial and office uses of approximately 2,034,379 square feet. The Bund is the convergence point for multi-national corporations, international finance, and world class boutiques in Shanghai. This exceptional project is the only new development to be approved in the last 60 years.
