Terri-lynn Mitchell is the Senior Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s national tenant experience platform. With an extensive background in property management, tenant engagement, and team leadership, Terri-lynn provides a holistic understanding of how technology, data, operations, lifestyle and building users come together to create elevated experiences and engaging workplace environments. She leads a network of community managers, implementing hospitality inspired programming and advanced technology solutions with our on-site property management teams.

Prior to her current role, Terri-lynn served as Senior Managing Director of the company’s property management portfolio in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Indianapolis and the state of Florida where she was responsible for the direction and leadership of the property management staff. Working in partnership with local leaders, she developed new business prospects and oversaw all operations and staff, ensuring delivery of the highest-quality services to her clients.
