As the Director of C&W’s Asset Service property team, Mr. Donovan is responsible for asset, property, project, and lease management services for some of C&W’s most highly valued clients including Brown University, Women & Infants Hospital, Seavest Healthcare, and Coastal Care Medical. Tom’s current core portfolio consists of office, medical, and parking facilities in the Providence, RI and Hartford, CT regions. Mr. Donovan joined Cushman & Wakefield’s New England Office in 2008 and offers over 20 years of asset, leasing, property and facilities management experience. His experience includes operating high-rise buildings, city parking garages and medical office buildings. Tom is a member of the Providence Foundation and Jewelry District Association Rhode Island., the holder of a real estate salesperson license and has extensive experience in transacting and administering commercial leases. 

Prior to joining the high performance New England C&W team, Tom worked for many years internationally in Asia Pacific for a C&W affiliated real estate company based in New Zealand. During this period, he was known for being a dynamic senior real estate professional who managed downtown mixed use high-rise buildings and high tech office park developments. Driven by his innate passion for property, Tom gained valuable experience in many facets of property, including commercial & residential development, asset management, marketing sales & leasing, facility engineering, and project management. He has provided real estate management solutions for many clients such as Telstra-Clear, Nokia-Siemens, New Zealand Railway Corporation, 360 Capital Property Group Ltd and Bridgestone-Firestone to name a few. Mr Donovan was active member of the NZ Property Institute (formerly BOMA) for several years. 

Mr. Donovan has offices in Boston and Providence. He is a graduate of Catholic Memorial High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors from Bryant University. Tom resides in Medfield, MA with his wife and three children.
