Tom Miles focuses on land development, agency leasing, and tenant representation. He specializes in helping national developers navigate local market complexities and works closely with landowners to prepare their sites for sale and future development. With a deep understanding of Central Ohio’s growth dynamics, Tom provides strategic guidance that streamlines transactions and positions his clients for long-term success.

Tom has more than 10 years of commercial real experience, specializing in land development, agency leasing and tenant representation. In his prior role as Vice President with Avison Young, he worked closely with national developers to navigate market complexities and partner with landowners to prepare sites for sale and development. Serving clients across the Columbus and Dayton markets,
Tom has completed transactions totaling more than 4000 acres of land and has secured millions of square feet under lease or pre-lease for national developers.

A native of Dublin, Ohio, Tom attend college in Fort Worth, Texas to play golf at Texas Christian University, earning a B.A. in Communications. After returning home to Columbus, Tom worked as a senior media buyer for Strategic Media Placement. He transitioned to commercial real estate in 2015.
