Thomas O’Keefe joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Morristown office in 2025 as an Associate focused on office leasing and tenant representation. He works alongside a seasoned leasing team, supporting both local and national clients in developing real estate strategies that align with their operational and financial goals.

Tom brings a strong analytical foundation shaped by his experience as an Asset Management Intern at GreenBarn Investment Group. In that role, he evaluated lease structures, analyzed net effective rents, and assisted in negotiating agreements that maximized value for ownership. He also partnered with third-party brokerage teams to execute leasing and marketing strategies and conducted property-level assessments to help determine investment viability across markets and asset classes. This exposure to the ownership side of the business gives him a well-rounded perspective that benefits both tenants and landlords. 

Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, Tom approaches each assignment with energy and discipline. As a graduate and former collegiate athlete at Susquehanna University, he understands the value of preparation, collaboration, and perseverance — qualities that drive his commitment to delivering thoughtful, results-oriented solutions for his clients.
