Tim Hay is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Brokerage Division.  Based in the company’s Midtown Manhattan office, Mr. Hay works as a tenant representation specialist, providing real estate advisory and brokerage services to both public and private sector clients in the New York Tri-State region and beyond.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in September 2018, Mr. Hay worked at CBRE in its Advisory & Transaction Services Division where he was named Midtown Manhattan Rookie of the Year in 2014. Before that, Mr. Hay served in various capacities as an Officer in the U.S. Navy after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy.
