Tim joined Thalhimer as Vice President in the Capital Markets Group in September 2026, bringing a rare blend of deal-making instinct and institutional-grade analytical rigor to multifamily investment sales across Hampton Roads and Richmond.

Tim began his commercial real estate career in Washington, D.C., as a senior associate with Lincoln Property Company, where he drove leasing and new business development across a 3.5 million-square-foot mixed-use portfolio — experience that gave him an early, ground-level view of how great assets get built and leased.

Most recently, Tim led a team within Ernst & Young Parthenon's real estate transaction advisory and valuation practice, where he became the go-to expert for clients ranging from REITs and private equity firms to pension funds, developers, and public entities. He spearheaded valuation and purchase-price-allocation analyses on highstakes transactions, directed large-scale feasibility studies for development land, and led due diligence on singleasset and portfolio acquisitions — building deep expertise in multifamily and ground-up build-to-rent development along the way.
