Mr. Metzger joined the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, D.C., Inc., in April of 2018 in the DC-Metro office under the direct supervision of Tucker Hurt.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Metzger was employed as a research associate at CoStar in the company’s Richmond office. Mr. Metzger’s duties included maintaining CoStar’s property database, recording new construction, and capturing lease information in markets around the country.

To date, Mr. Metzger’s appraisal experience includes assisting in the valuation of office buildings, shopping centers, commercial land, and industrial assets in the DC Metro area, as well as in various markets throughout Virginia.
